L.I.A. s.r.o. is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and our booking process. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Booking and guest details: name, email, phone, postal address, country, dates of stay, number of guests, and any special requests.

• Payment information: processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

• Communications: messages you send us by email, contact form, or messaging apps.

• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it and the legal basis

• To take and manage your booking and provide the accommodation. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

• To take payment and issue receipts. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

• To meet legal duties, including tax records and the guest registration obligations that apply to accommodation providers in the Czech Republic. Legal basis: legal obligation.

• To answer your enquiries and provide customer support. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.

• To send marketing messages, only where you have asked to receive them. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with We share data only with providers who help us run the service, under contract and only as needed:

• Beds24 (booking and channel management)

• Wix (website hosting)

• Stripe (payment processing)

• Airbnb (where a booking or calendar is synced)

• Analytics and communication tools we use to run the site Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
   

How long we keep it We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, which in the Czech Republic is generally up to 10 years for accounting documents. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your rights You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email info@liasro-group.com.
