Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

We understand that plans may change and aim to offer our guests a fair and transparent cancellation policy.

• 25 days or more before arrival: full refund.

• 15 to 24 days before arrival: 50% refund.

• Less than 15 days before arrival: non-refundable.

• Reservations made within 25 days of arrival: you may cancel within one hour of booking and receive a full refund. After this one-hour grace period, the standard conditions above apply.

• No-shows and early departures: no refund.

Any non-refundable booking fees or payment-processing charges may be deducted from the refund. Cancellation times are calculated according to the property's local time.
 

How to cancel To cancel, contact us by email at info@liasro-group.com with your booking reference. We will confirm your cancellation and any refund due.
 

Refunds Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The Prague city tourist tax is collected at the property, so it is not part of any online refund.
